The following biographical sketches have been provided for greater familiarization with CRT & Associates' personnel.

Douglas J. Hamar
President & Chief Executive Officer (Principal)

Mr. Hamar has a diverse background as a result of his experience in a variety of industry sectors. He has held key positions in engineering, sales, marketing and management through his personal involvement in service, manufacturing, distribution, and retail sectors of the economy. Mr. Hamar has orchestrated various organizational acquisitions as well as being responsible for the creation of several de novo corporations. Mr. Hamar serves on and chairs the boards of directors of several corporations, community service organizations, and various industry related trade associations. These divergent activities have yielded consultative skills that have contributed greatly to the success that many CRT & Associates' clients have enjoyed.

Mr. Hamar's varied business activities and involvement in numerous community service organizations earned him the Outstanding Young Alumnus Award in 1995 from Michigan Technological University. His educational background includes both a Master of Science in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Mr. Hamar works at CRT & Associates' Dollar Bay office.

Gerald E. Milatz
Vice President of Operations/Chief Developer (Principal)

Mr. Milatz is a graduate of Michigan Technological University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. As co-founder of CRT & Associates, he has been responsible for designing or supervising the design of most of its products and services. In this role and through close working relationships developed during software engineering projects, Mr. Milatz has acquired a strong working knowledge in a wide variety of industries and businesses including health care, manufacturing, logistics, telecommunications, legal, and retail. In addition, he has designed all of CRT's mission critical hardware, including high performance UNIX based servers, Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks (RAID) subsystems, and high speed wired and wireless networks.

Mr. Milatz's past projects include: the development of two multi-state process management and decision support systems for the Midwest's leading local telephone service provider, a manufacturing control system for one of North America's largest cold forming plants, and office automation software for one of Michigan's largest legal collection firms. Current projects include enhancements for CRT & Associates' most recent acquisition, Infinite Communications, a Michigan based Internet service provider and ongoing product development. Mr. Milatz currently works at CRT & Associates' Traverse City office.

Karen A. Milatz
Software Design & Training/Accounting

In her capacity with CRT & Associates, Ms. Milatz functions as the organization's primary installation, training, and support contact for clients having point-of-sale system packages. Additionally, her responsibilities include: custom application/process management programming and training, primarily with SQL driven 4GL databases, developing electronic data transmission interfaces, and accounts receivable. Prior to joining CRT & Associates, Ms. Milatz worked at the Area Agency on Aging of Northwest Michigan where she was a program assistant. In this position, she computerized provision of client services utilizing DBase III+ technology. This application, was responsible for maintaining contractor scheduling functions and contractor invoicing information. Ms. Milatz began her professional career with Radio Shack/Tandy Computer Center upon college graduation. While at Radio Shack her employment culminated in the position of Retail Marketing Manager/Sales where her responsibilities included: computer sales and support, purchasing and inventory control, and monthly profit and loss reporting.

Ms. Milatz attended Northwood University in Midland Michigan where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with majors in Computer Information Management and Business Management. Ms. Milatz currently works at CRT & Associates' Traverse City office.
