Previous experience with, and strong understanding of, SQL, 4GL, and RPT database design, programing, management, and administration techniques and methodologies.
Previous experience with, and strong understanding of, UNIX, Linux, and Windows network operating systems and corresponding hardware configuration and installation.
Keen problem solving and communication skills both internal and external to the organization.
Ability to think both conventionally as well as unconventionally.
Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
